Our vision is for EUICCI to be the best place for community and business leaders. To achieve this, we listen to and work with stakeholders across the community to understand their challenges.
We work hard to understand what’s happening in the economy. We provide a quarterly view of consumer and business confidence to understand the big challenges facing our society.
Our Team members have a combined rich entrepreneurial heritage and are experienced in both Indian and European markets.
Mr. Prakash Sharma has been empowering communities and building a conducive environment for businesses for a decade. Hailing from the land of “Buddha” Bihar, Mr. Sharma is settled in Germany, the economic engine of Europe. At EUICCI, he is responsible for managing government affairs, industry, and business engagements.
Pankaj Thakur (Vice President)
Pankaj understands what EUICCI members need, with over 10 years of organisational leadership experience of managing 35 nationalities. He is skilled at fundraising, planning and media. He speaks or reads five languages. He is based in Paris, France & Previously held board directorships in India's travel, technology and digital space industry.
Barbara Vercruysse (Head of Communications)
With more than 25+ years of entrepreneurial experience, she can beautifully merge business goals with authentic communication and leadership. Recently she has been giving the opening speech for a United Nations Foundation initiative talking about Leading with Powerful Kindness. She has been published in the Huffington Post and Thrive Global.
Brigitte Uttar Kornetzky (Program Manager)
Brigitte is a multiple awarded filmmaker, a destinated inspirational speaker and educationist at universities and colleges. She is a passionate wildlife lover from Zurich, Switzerland, and works for a self-sustainable environment. She produced and directed human rights films in Africa and on animal rights in India.
Rohith K S (Head of Operations)
Born and raised in Kerala, God’s own country. Responsible for growing new revenues and customers through the launch of new partnerships globally. With solid organizational capability, corporate strategy and development. The mission included sales, a new market entry strategy, and delivering the overarching partnership acquisition strategy.
Preity Upala (Head - PR & Marketing)
Preity is a former investment banker & Miss India International, born in Dubai, raised in Australia, and based in Los Angeles, USA. She is an active Public Speaker, Geopolitical Expert, Columnist, Working in Hollywood as an actor and TV producer; she is currently a Full-time traveler and global citizen on her remarkable heritage Journey.
Anand Narayanaswamy (Member)
Anand is a Senior Client Partner working for a large Multinational handling Marquee clients in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. He has excellent relationship skills and manages the clients spread across the D A CH region. He is also responsible for maintaining key executive relationships and managing the P&L for the accounts under his leadership.
Ivana Đuroković (Business Development Manager)
Ivana is an intercultural communication consultant. She graduated in IR and Diplomacy and is passionate about connecting people from different cultures. In the last 20 years, she traveled and worked in more than 50 countries. Ivana’s role at EUICCI is to support business objectives by connecting people globally as well as locally and leading them to success.
